Join Clark Barlowe to discuss how Heirloom Restaurant uses local ingredients from farmers, forests and their own bee hives to produce delicious and nutritious dishes with minimal impact on the environment. Enjoy free samples of mushroom dishes and purchase some of their preserved foraged products. Also, explore our exhibits kid-free, test your mind with trivia, enjoy refreshments, a beer, and experience a show in the James H Lynn Science Theater!
