INDIANS & PIONEERS OUTREACH PROGRAM 

Enter the world of people from long ago and explore how they lived. Students will learn about both the Catawba Indian culture and 18th Century European settlers and their influence on the world around them.

 

Meets curriculum for grades: K, 2, and 4
Program can be adapted to meet the learning level of participants.

ALL PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES ARE DESIGNED TO MEET CDC, LOCAL AND STATE HEALTH AND SAFETY STANDARDS.

  • In-person Presentation: museum educator comes to your facility following the current health and safety guidelines as recommended by the CDC and local and state health officials.
  • Live Virtual: program materials are shared with you, and museum educator presents program live via Zoom
