10 - 4 PM

 A special Holiday Farm Friends will introduce you to special visitors to our Farm! Participants will get to meet a variety of live cute and cuddly farm babies (llama, calf, pony) in addition to the museum’s own menagerie of animals. Enjoy up-close and personal opportunities with many of the animals in a hands-on environment.  Plus, enjoy the gardens, holiday greenery and live animal displays around The Farm.  Fun and learning for the entire family. Tickets are $5 for Schiele Members and $7 for non-members and include 30 minutes for you to meet our animal friends in this unique event. This event typically sells out. Be sure to purchase tickets in advance.

 To purchase tickets, select December 4, click Farm and select the time of your program.

This program will explore how holiday traditions came to be a part of our annual celebrations from wreaths to evergreen trees. Farm access is included with program tickets, just $3 per person ages 4 years+. 
To purchase tickets, select date of your visit, click Farm and select the time of your program.

Spend an evening enjoying the Farm decked out in its holiday finery! Meet live animals, learn about local Christmas traditions, and even take photos with our festive animal friends!

Explore the astronomy of seasons and the celestial connections to winter celebrations before touring the globe in search of holiday traditions! There are plenty of ways to celebrate the holidays at The Schiele while you learn about local traditions close to home and across the globe!

Please note that The Schiele will be closed on December 24 and 25. We will reopen on December 26th.
